The tests of international standards were performed for the modules:
- Insulation test;
- Thermal cycling test;
- Humidity freeze test;
- Damp heat test;
- UV test;
- Wet leakage current test;
- Mechanical load test;
- Hail impact test;
- Robustness of terminations test.
These products are strictly designed and manufactured according to IEC61646.
In the first 8-10 weeks, the actual output will be higher than ratings. The output power may be 115% of the rating power, the operating voltage may exceed about 11%, and operating current may exceed 4%. All the specifications (± 5%) are on the standard test conditions ( Irradiance:AM1.5, 1000W / ㎡; Temperature: 25 ℃ ). If the temperature is too low or affected by spectral or other factors, the actual results may vary compared with the rated power up to 10%.
